The Ratan Tata Innovation Hub (RTIH) in Andhra Pradesh is structured as a central hub in Amaravati, with five regional "spoke" centers located in different districts across the state. The hub and spokes are designed to foster innovation, support startups, and promote collaboration between academia and industry.

Here's a more detailed breakdown:

Central Hub:

Located in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh.

Acts as the primary center for driving a culture of innovation and supporting startups.

Will be a "beacon of innovation" for the state.

Managed by a Board of Governors including promoters, experts, and representatives from government, academia, and industry.

Regional Spoke Centers:

Located in five different geographical zones of Andhra Pradesh: Visakhapatnam, Rajahmundry, NTR, Tirupati, and Anantapur.

Function as extensions of the central hub, providing support and resources to local startups and MSMEs.

Will be established in partnership with the private sector, with the government providing seed capital and grants.

Each spoke center will also have a board of governors overseeing its operations.

Overall Structure:

The RTIH and its spokes are intended to create a statewide ecosystem for innovation.

The hub and spokes will work together to leverage resources, talent, and expertise to drive innovation and entrepreneurship.
