(a) the usage of Urea in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana during the last five years and the current year, year- wise, State-wise and Kharif and Rabi season-wise ;
(b) the details of companies that are supplying urea to Andhra Pradesh and Telangana;
(c) whether it has come to the notice of the Government that both the States are going to face severe urea crisis in the coming crop season due to stopping of urea production by some companies in the above States; and
(d) if so, the manner in which the Ministry is going to provide assistance to the States? |

(a): Sir, the sales figures of Urea in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana during the last five years and the current year, year-wise and State-wise is as below:-

(b): The companies that are supplying urea to Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are GSFC (Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd.) - Baroda Plant, KRIBHCO (Krishak Bharati Co-operative Ltd.) – Hazira Plant, MCFL (Mangalore Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd.) – Mangalore Plant, MFL (Madras Fertilizers Ltd.) – Chennai Plant, NFCL (Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd.) – Kakinada Plant, NFL (National Fertilizers Limited) – Vijaypur Plant, RCF (Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd.) – Thal & Trombay, SPIC (Southern Petrochemical Industries Corp. Ltd.) - Tuticorin, ZACL (Zuari Agro Chemicals) - Goa, IPL (Indian Potash Limited) and CIL (Coromandel International Limited).
These two States also get Urea supplies from the following ports (companies): New Mangalore (IPL), Jaigarh (NBCL), Tuticorin (IPL), Karaikal (IFFCO), Chennai (IPL), Kakinada (IFFCO), Krishnapatnam (CIL), PICT/Paradip (NFL), Gopalpur (IPL), Gangavaram (IPL), Kamrajar/Ennore (IFFCO), Dhamra (IPL) and Vizag (NFL).
