Initiated , innovate to build team work by Shri SK Vali SGM Sir, as per instructions of SGM sir all plot incharges must have to organise 2.00 pm to 2.30 under knowledge sharing session at different topics on EHSQ- technical ,operation - production ,maintenance to train associates. 

It is today Welcomed by SGM Sir in presence of DGM-EHSQ-Technical Services Dr. Amar Nath Giri , Mr. Janardhan Reddy O& M and Plot 1-5 incharge , plot 6&7 incharge , plot -10 incharge , HR. Admin & Supportive staff, Security associates. 

Goal : Safety first ,Production enhancement, Excel in Operation & Maintenance, EHSQ Improvements. 

It is today's Reviewed by of SGM Sir - Daily, review, discussed on issues regarding Safety in all plots and instructed must follow string issues and it's rectification with coordination and collaboration approach and he has focused regarding Risk assessment of new activities and must be documented.

Hell has made mess committee members 4 members from plot, 2 members from IT training center , 2 members from office , 2 members from security and 1 member from  EHS.

He has instructed must follow discipline and  improve the food quality nutrient based as per industrial norm food timing  , focused on hygeine, cleanliness, proper lighting , proper fencing out side , proper waste management plan etc.

SGM Sir instructed on 29.09.2025

1.0 Sept. Month about to complete HR ,EHS & Operation and maintenance give the performance from plot 01 to plot 10 .

2.0 SGM sir instructed to Canteen safety committee of 10 members.

GM Sir instructed on 30.09.2025

1. Daily plant visit and do observation, plant issue , unsafe condition, unsafe act .

2. Plant manager must report observations

3. Grass cutting must observation must be Qualitative.

4. Concentration on generation and work progress.

5. Daily drone compilation.

6. As per higher authorities instruction must generate data it should be explored within one hour.

GM Sir instructed on 01.10.2025

After reviewing, he has asked plot incharges must do observation and it's rectification as soon as possible.

We have to reduce generation loss as PM compliance related to generation.

Faded transformer will be painted.

Number of vehicles is about to fixed in North and South plot.

FIMER inverter generation required to close monitoring.
