The depression over eastcentral Bay of Bengal remained practically stationary during past 3 hrs, intensified into a deep depression and lay centred at 0830 hrs IST of today, the 23rd October, 2016 over eastcentral Bay of Bengal, near Latitude 15.5º N and Longitude 93.0º E, about 420 km north of Port Blair and 360 km west-southwest of Yangon.
