AM Green, a green energy company, is acquiring Chempolis Oy, a Finnish biotechnology firm, and Fortum 3, a clean energy producer, to enter the biofuels business. The company plans to use the technologies acquired from these companies to produce sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and other green products:

A pioneer in processing lignocellulosic feedstocks, Chempolis's technology will allow AM Green to process a variety of waste feedstocks to produce green chemicals and products.
