Buildings and Facility Grounds

Illuminate the entire perimeter of the facility property with street-type
lighting fixtures.

Keep count of how many keys have been distributed.

Install IR or microwave motion sensors between the building and the fence
around the entire perimeter of the facility.

checklist is designed primarily for chemical facilities, but it may also be
applied to other facilities. Some or all of these may be applicable to a
facility whose owner or operator is required to prepare an SPCC Plan.
Remember–SPCC Plans include provisions for security at the facility
