World Environment Day is celebrated on June 5 every year to encourage everyone to do their part to protect the environment. First celebrated in 1973, this day aims to raise awareness about the need for environmental protection. The year 2023 will mark the 50th edition of World Environment Day, which will be celebrated under the theme “Solutions to Plastic Pollution”.
