Collaborative Networker

Collaborative Networker
Uses empathy and interpersonal understanding to build mutually beneficial relationships and connect and engage diverse groups of people.
Being a Collaborative Networker - building mutually beneficial trust-based relationships, with a collaborative or partnership style - is also central to corporate citizenship leaders' success. Building on their Personal Maturity, corporate citizenship leaders have the ability to put themselves in others' shoes to genuinely appreciate and understand the viewpoints of others. They are good listeners, genuinely interested in incorporating inputs, ideas and information from others (even from critics or "opponents"). They create positive exchange-based relationships, bringing critics into a more cooperative or collaborative relationship.
One leader expressed his connections this way:
"In terms of my work with supply chain, it's almost like we're one. That's how we work. So when I work with them, it's not even like working with another department."
