Employee Participation

  1. Written action plan for implementation of employee participation.
  2. Consultation with employees/representatives regarding PHA & PSM development.
  3. Employee access to all PHA & PSM information.

SMS Will:

  • Provide in-plant consulting to the management/employee team to develop a written implementation plan.
  • Assist in developing a system for employee access to existing systems (PHA and PSM information).
  • Provide follow-on consulting service for plan/information system updates/upgrades.

Client Will:

  • Be responsible for the actual writing, implementation or distribution of the plan.
  • Maintain the system.
  • Involve employees in the PHA and PSM process.
