Employee Participation
- Written action plan for implementation of employee participation.
- Consultation with employees/representatives regarding PHA & PSM development.
- Employee access to all PHA & PSM information.
SMS Will:
- Provide in-plant consulting to the management/employee team to develop a written implementation plan.
- Assist in developing a system for employee access to existing systems (PHA and PSM information).
- Provide follow-on consulting service for plan/information system updates/upgrades.
Client Will:
- Be responsible for the actual writing, implementation or distribution of the plan.
- Maintain the system.
- Involve employees in the PHA and PSM process.
