Customer Connectivity
  The reality of customer responsiveness is in the eyes of the beholder - the customer. The sooner we realize and accept our customers' perceptions of our services as reality, and accept it as our challenge, the sooner we will earn their confidence.
  Customer responsiveness and satisfaction strategies must be developed together with tactical plans that reduce customer complaints and provide world class customer service.
  In our line of business most delinquent customers are dissatisfied with the service received (???)
