Departmental Safety Committee (Plant HPD, Finance, I.T. & Distribution) invites all the associates of Kakinada Plant for the “Departmental Safety Week Celebrations” from 21.10.2013 to 25.10.2013. The day-wise activities are as under: Day 1 -  21.10.2013 (Monday):
·        Distribution of Safety Badges to Associates from 7.30 AM onwards at Main Gate.
·        Fixing of Radium stickers on the Cars/Motor Bikes/Scooters of Associates from afternoon at Main Gate.
·        Conducting of “Quiz” competition to all Associates at 2.15 PM at H-Building.
Day 2 -  22.10.2013 (Tuesday):
·        Fixing of Radium stickers on the Cars/Motor Bikes/Scooters of Associates from afternoon at Main Gate.
·        Conducting of competition to all Associates on “Slow Driving of Motor Bikes/Scooters” from 2 PM to 4 PM near H-Building.
Day 3 -  23.10.2013 (Wednesday):
·        Fixing of Radium stickers on the Cars/Motor Bikes/Scooters of Associates from afternoon at Main Gate.
·        Presentation on banking operations “Cyber Safety” by Bank Official at 2.15 PM at H-Building.
Day 4 -  24.10.2013 (Thursday):
·        Fixing of Radium stickers on the Cars/Motor Bikes/Scooters of Associates from afternoon at Main Gate.
·        Presentation on “Risk analysis tool and its use in daily operations” by Cairn India Official at 2.15 PM at H-Building.
Day 5 -  25.10.2013 (Friday):
·        Valedictory function from 3.15 PM onwards at Canteen.
·        Skit by our Associates at 3.15 PM.
·        Distribution of Prizes to competition winners at 4 PM.
·        Vote of Thanks at 4.15 PM.
·        Snacks & Tea/Coffee.
All associates are requested to participate in all the above events and make the celebrations a grand success.
