Regional Fertilizer Control Laboratory (RFCL), Navi Mumbai
             This laboratory is presently headed by Dr. A.K. Singh, Deputy Director, supported by One Assistant Director, two Senior Fertilizer Inspectors, one Fertilizer Inspector and other supporting staff.  the Fertilizer Inspectors of the RFCL normally visit JNPT, Mangalore, Karwar, Goa, Hazira and Dharamtar port and draw samples of imported fertilizers from the ships undergoing discharge and also from containers.
             The RFCL organizes two Refresher Training Courses on Fertilizer Quality Control for the Fertilizer Inspectors and one Training Programme for the Notified Authorities from the states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Goa and Dadra and Nager Haveli.  In addition, 2-3 Orientation Training Programmes for Enforcement/Extension Officers of the State Governments and 2-3 Dealers Training Programmes are also organized every year in the states.
             The annual Analyzing capacity of the RFCL is 1500 samples per annum.
             The laboratory is situated at Sanpada-APMC Road adjacent to Hotel Yogi Executive in Turbhe area of Navi Mumbai.

             This laboratory is presently headed by Shri Shailendra Singh, Deputy Director, supported by One Assistant Director, two Fertilizer Inspectors and other supporting staff.  the Fertilizer Inspectors of the RFCL normally visit Vizag, Kakinada, Gangavaram, Haldia, Paradeep and Gopalpur port and draw samples of imported fertilizers from the ships undergoing discharge and also from containers.
             The RFCL organizes One Refresher Training Courses on Fertilizer Quality Control for the Fertilizer Inspectors and one Training Programme for the Notified Authorities from the states of West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Sikkim and North East states. One exclusive training programme for the Fertilizer Inspectors of the North Eastern States comprising of Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura and Arunchal Pradesh is organized every year. In addition, 2-3 Orientation Training Programmes for Enforcement/Extension Officers of the State Governments and 2-3 Dealers Training Programmes are also organized every year in the states.

             The laboratory is situated in Bidhan Chandra Krishi Vishwa Vidalaya Campus, Near Ghoshpada Station in Kalyani.

Trivedi, Deputy Director, supported by One Assistant Director, two Fertilizer Inspectors and other supporting staff.  the Fertilizer Inspectors of the RFCL normally visit Chennai, Krishnapatnam, Tuticorin, Cochin and Cuddalore port and draw samples of imported fertilizers from the ships undergoing discharge and also from containers.
             The RFCL organizes two Refresher Training Courses on Fertilizer Quality Control for the Fertilizer Inspectors and one Training Programme for the Notified Authorities from the states of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Puducherry.  In addition, 2-3 Orientation Training Programmes for Enforcement/Extension Officers of the State Governments and 2-3 Dealers Training Programmes are also organized every year in the states.
             The annual Analyzing capacity of the RFCL is 1500 samples per annum.
