KNOW WHAT TO DO When Fire Strikes! 🔥
When a fire breaks out, seconds matter.
Follow the R.A.C.E. method for a safe and effective response:
🔴 R – Rescue anyone in immediate danger
🟠 A – Alarm: Sound the alarm & call for help
🟡 C – Confine the fire by closing doors
🟢 E – Extinguish if safe, or Evacuate immediately
Using a fire extinguisher? Remember P.A.S.S.:
🔹 P – Pull the pin
🔹 A – Aim at the base of the fire
🔹 S – Squeeze the handle
🔹 S – Sweep side to side
✅ Only use an extinguisher if the fire is small, you’re trained, and have a clear escape route. Your safety comes first!
