The phrase "More Molecules, More Value, More Intelligence" defines the overarching strategic vision of Dr. Mahesh Kolli (Co-founder and Joint Managing Director of Greenko Group and AM Green Group) for the next evolution of India’s energy independence and industrial decarbonization.

Rather than treating renewable energy as merely a replacement for grid electricity, Dr. Kolli’s philosophy leverages advanced storage and computing to establish an integrated "electron-to-token" economy. The core components of this strategy include:
1. More Molecules
This pillar focuses on shifting the clean energy narrative from generating "green electrons" (electricity) to producing "green molecules". It targets the absolute decarbonization of "hard-to-abate" heavy industrial sectors that cannot run on electricity alone.
  • Green Hydrogen & Ammonia: AM Green is building massive infrastructure, including the flagship Kakinada facility in Andhra Pradesh, targeting 5 MTPA of green ammonia by 2030. The company secured India’s first large-scale export agreements to Europe via the German H2Global auction and Uniper offtakes.
  • Diversified Portfolio: Beyond hydrogen, the focus encompasses zero-carbon biofuels, e-methanol, sustainable aviation fuels (SAF), and green caustic soda.
2. More Value
Instead of operating as an intermittent power producer, the goal is to capture maximum economic value by supplying firm, dispatchable, round-the-clock (RTC) carbon-free energy.
Energy Storage Clouds: Greenko is building 100 GWh of closed-loop pumped hydro storage (PSP) platforms across Indian states like Andhra Pradesh (Pinnapuram), Madhya Pradesh, and Karnataka.
  • Value-Added Green Materials: The model is being leveraged to manufacture premium green commodities, such as a 1 MTPA integrated Green Aluminium complex powered entirely by firmed renewables, keeping India competitive in a carbon-taxed global market.
3. More Intelligence
The latest frontier integrates energy infrastructure directly with advanced computing, transforming raw clean energy into digital infrastructure via AM Intelligence (AMI).
  • AI Factories: Moving clean energy up the value chain by using 24/7 carbon-free energy to power high-performance computing. AMI has initiated a multi-billion dollar expansion, ordering 9,000 NVIDIA GPUs for a 30 MW AI factory cluster in Hyderabad.
  • Gigawatt Scale Compute: The long-term vision outlines 5 GW of powered AI data centers globally, with a near-term focus on establishing a 1 GW green AI compute hub in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
