What is an Audit?

A systematic investigation of the intent, implementation & effectiveness of the selected aspects of the System of an organization

Reason for Audits?
·                              Any international Standard requires it
·                              Control Mechanism utilized by management
·                              Opportunity for system improvement
·                              Mechanism to identify strength and weakness of a system
Purpose of the Audit?
·                              Obtaining information in an independent & unbiased manner
·                              Provide a good source of information indicating weakness and strength in the system and its processes.
·                              Obtaining information about what has been achieved or about the means of achievement
·                              Enables to establish if the system is being followed
·                              Enables to establish if the system is fully effective
·                              Enables to establish the conformance to applicable standards
·                              Identifies opportunities for improvement
·                              A very powerful and important feedback mechanism to the management.

Based on the scope/criteria of the audit, our consultants shall carry out independent audits and On completion of the audit our consultants shall prepare a detailed report identifying the weakness and strength of the area/department audited.

·                              A site visit to interview senior staff and other members of the workforce if necessary, observe working conditions and practices to understand your organisation and associated potential risks
·                              Examine existing arrangements: organisation, policies, procedures to compare against legal standards
·                              Examine records and assessments
·                              Discuss findings and agree possible actions
