This priority focuses on accelerating the transition to low-carbon energy systems while ensuring energy security, affordability, and industrial competitiveness across member countries. Emphasis is placed on enhancing technology cooperation as well as co-operation in climate finance. The expected outcomes include faster deployment of clean energy, resilient energy supply chains, and positioning BRICS as a global agenda-setter in the green transition.
